Archana qualified in 1997 from the University of Pune, one of premier institutes for dental education in India. She then worked in the Indian Armed Forces and Indian Airforce as a dental officer.
In 2007, Archana successfully completed the International Qualifying Examination of the General Dental Council. (GDC no- 110006).There after she worked as an associate at Oldfield Surgery Dental Practice in Bath for 6 years. After which she moved to Kings Road Dental Practice in Brislington and worked there since 2013 and has been working there till date before moving over to work at Chelsea Road Dental Practice in Bath.
Archana's special interests are Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics. She is also usually the 'go to' dentists for anxious patients.
Outside of work Archana is a keen yoga practitioner, loves swimming, cycling and to spend time with her 6 year daughter.
Dr. Ashish Godara qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry in 1997, from University of Pune (India), with distinction. He was awarded a Gold medal for securing a first place in Paediatric Dentistry and a Bronze medal overall for the class of 1997. He continued to be involved in national and international conferences and seminars and in 2007 he completed the post graduate examinations of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Always a keen learner, Ashish continues to be involved in postgraduate training and is currently completing an MSc in Orthodontic practice.
Ashish has also completed the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons certification for the use of Botulinum Toxin and Dermal fillers for wrinkle reduction and cosmetic improvement of the face. Ashish's extracurricular interests are varied. He is a keen gardener and grows different varieties of Roses ranging from hybrid teas to floribundas. He also enjoys cycling and is an avid reader.
Jessica qualified in 2016 with an integrated Masters and Bachelors degree in Dentistry, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Oral Sciences from the University of Leeds. Once she completed her foundation year, Jessica decided to pursue a post-graduate research degree, and is currently working towards a PhD in Dental and Oral Sciences at the University of Bristol, where she is the Faculty of Health Sciences Postgraduate Representative.
Jessica is a keen researcher, and her clinical research is focused on Oral Health Education. She finds balancing her academic studies with general practice complements both her research and allows her to provide her patients with the best standard of care. She enjoys helping nervous patients overcome their fears of dentistry and has a particular interest in periodontology.
Jessica enjoys playing field hockey and plays for her local hockey team where she is also Secretary of the Club. She leads a busy lifestyle but always finds time to play with her house bunny, Cocoa.
Yoksel is our qualified and registered nurse, and also works at our sister practice Charlton Park Dental Practice in keynsham.
She qualified in 2009 with a NEBDN and has over 10 years of experience working as a dental nurse. Yoksel enjoys working alongside the dentist to put patients at ease and make the dental experience as comfortable as possible. Yoksel has furthered her training to achieve a certificate in implant dentistry and has gained great experience over the years.
Mum of four, Yoksel enjoys baking, knitting and spending time with her family
