Archana Sabhlok Godara

Practice Principal. BDS (GDC No. 110006)

Archana qualified in 1997 from the University of Pune, one of premier institutes for dental education in India. She then worked in the Indian Armed Forces and Indian Airforce as a dental officer.

In 2007, Archana successfully completed the International Qualifying Examination of the General Dental Council. (GDC no- 110006).There after she worked as an associate at Oldfield Surgery Dental Practice in Bath for 6 years. After which she moved to Kings Road Dental Practice in Brislington and worked there since 2013 and has been working there till date before moving over to work at Chelsea Road Dental Practice in Bath.

Archana's special interests are Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics. She is also usually the 'go to' dentists for anxious patients.

Outside of work Archana is a keen yoga practitioner, loves swimming, cycling and to spend time with her 6 year daughter.

Ashish Godara

BDS, MFDS RCS (England), MJDF

Dr. Ashish Godara qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry in 1997 with distinction. He was awarded a Gold medal in Paediatric Dentistry and a Bronze medal overall for the class of 1997. He continued to be involved in postgraduate learning and in 2007 he completed the membership examinations of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. A bit of a learner, Ashish completed MSc in Orthodontics from Warwick University in 2015. Ashish also completed the Royal College of Surgeons certificate in Facial Aesthetics in 2014 and undertook postgraduate training in Dental Implants in 2016.

He works across his 3 practices in Bristol, Keynsham and Bath dedicating most of his clinical time to Orthodontics and Dental Implants.

His extracurricular interests are varied. He is an amateur gardener and tries to grow a variety of roses ranging from hybrid teas to floribundas and some of them occasionally bloom. He is a member of Table Tennis England and plays in the Bath Table Tennis League. In his spare time he can be found in a quiet corner, burrowed in the pages of some musty, old book on World History.

Yoksel Othman

Lead Nurse

Yoksel is our qualified and registered nurse, and also works at our sister practice Charlton Park Dental Practice in keynsham.

She qualified in 2009 with a NEBDN and has over 10 years of experience working as a dental nurse. Yoksel enjoys working alongside the dentist to put patients at ease and make the dental experience as comfortable as possible. Yoksel has furthered her training to achieve a certificate in implant dentistry and has gained great experience over the years.Mum of four, Yoksel enjoys baking, knitting and spending time with her family.

Arjun Sasikumar

Practice Manager

As an overseas dentist with six years of experience, I am excited to bring my skills, knowledge, and dedication to the field of dentistry. I am currently preparing for my ORE exams and eagerly looking forward to obtaining my registration to serve patients in England.

While awaiting my ORE exams, my role as a Practice Manager allows me to leverage my expertise in managing a dental clinic, ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient care. With a strong dedication to professionalism, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement, I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact in my dental practice. My hobbies reflect my diverse interests and contribute to my personal growth and well-being. They have taught me valuable skills such as creativity, adaptability, teamwork, and resilience. Engaging in cooking, traveling, and sports allows me to find balance in my life and fuels my passion for continuous learning and exploration.

Lorna Bartram

Receptionist

Lorna have worked in Human Resources for many years and have gained a lot of experience, she enjoy dealing with people and she is very friendly and approachable.

In her spare time she also manages her husband's accounts for his business and enjoy spending time with her three children and the rest of the family.

Sandhya Mottammal

Dental hygienist and therapist, GDC No. 308820

I am an internationally trained dentist with three years of experience, currently employed as a dental therapist. My focus is on preparing for the ORE Exam to transition into a dentist role in England. The interim position as a dental therapist not only provides me with valuable experience in treating patients within my scope of practice but also allows me to familiarize myself with the rules and regulations of dentistry in England.

One of my strengths lies in my ability to create a calm and reassuring environment for patients, which is complemented by my methodical and unhurried approach to treatment. This approach enables me to build a strong rapport with patients and ensure their comfort throughout the dental care process.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in various hobbies, including singing, playing bowling, and travelling also have a deep appreciation for music, which further enriches my life and contributes to my overall well-being.

Chloe Weston

Receptionist

Chloe joined the practice in May 2022 as a Receptionist.She is warm and welcoming towards patients and has a calm manner.

In her spare time she enjoys taking Freddie to agility classes.Chloe is also a member of the Dog Comitte, where she is head of organising social activities. She also enjoys attending yoga classes and spending time with her family.
